Bag Charm Collection: Inspired by Jane Birkin
Jane Birkin redefined the way we think about luxury. She didn’t treat her iconic Hermès bag as an untouchable object it was lived-in, loved, and layered with mementos: charms, keychains, bits of her travels and personal life. Her Birkin told a story. That effortless intimacy became the starting point for my own collection of bag charms pieces designed not only to decorate, but to personalize, narrate, and connect.
For years, my family’s favorite retreat in St. Tropez has been Le Mas du Chastelas, a quiet, storied hotel favorite place of Jane and Serge Gainsbourg. Summers by the pool became something of a creative ritual my daughter Alice and I sketching, dreaming, and designing. The warmth of the sun, the faded elegance of the Riviera, and the spirit of Jane floated into our mood boards.
What began as a personal project, experimenting with materials, combining symbols of travel and memory quickly became something more. The charms invited people to add their own meaning. Alphabet beads turned into messages, names, mantras. Pieces became gifts, markers of milestones, emotional totems on a leather strap.
Like Jane’s own Birkin, these charms are not about perfection they’re about life, layers, and sentiment. A bag is a blank canvas, until you make it your own.
This collection is my invitation to do just that.

The Story of Alice+V
Alice+V was founded by Viktoriya Sasonkina, the Ukrainian supermodel known for her magnetic presence and effortless style. She graced the covers of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and Marie Claire, with standout editorials in Vogue America guided by Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington, and cover features for Vogue Italia.
On the runway, Viktoriya brought her signature elegance to the collections of Versace, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, and Bottega Veneta. She worked closely with legendary photographer Steven Meisel, whose artistic vision shaped some of her most iconic moments, and collaborated with creative forces like Pat McGrath on campaigns for Prada, Mulberry, Alberta Ferretti, and Juicy Couture.
Today, Viktoriya continues to inspire from behind the scenes consulting for emerging brands, styling teams, and editorial projects. Her intuitive sense of what’s fresh, bold, and refined helps shape fashion with authenticity and flair.
Alice+V was born from a place of love and creativity. As a mother, Viktoriya began handcrafting necklaces and bracelets for her daughter, Alice. What started as a personal gesture quickly caught the attention of friends and fashion insiders, evolving into a brand that feels both intimate and expressive.
Alice+V blends playfulness with sophistication, each piece designed to stand out while telling a story. Made in limited quantities, these handcrafted treasures are meant to be layered, stacked, or worn solo—bringing a little sparkle and a lot of individuality to everyday style.
